EB Yoga Therapy
Description: Yoga therapy differs from typical yoga classes in that the therapist helps the client/student with particular physical, mental and/or emotional disorders.
Three basic assumptions of EB's yoga therapy method, Integrated Movement Therapy, are:
1. The student is already perfect and whole.
2. The student and teacher are both unlimited in their ability to heal.
3. No part of the body/mind/spirit complex, and no part of the brain, works alone.
